have no doubt about it it all comes out
spewing from a pipe between the jaws of a lion
right up there you can't really miss it
it makes a charming sound I assure you
so beguile yourself awhile with that
promise yourself anything but do that for me
whatever

we have the leopards and the puma and birds
oh plenty of them have we got birds
and reptiles yes mammalia of all kinds
insects out the wazoo there's nothing we don't have
trees oh my Lord you can't see the city for them
believe me it's a blessing at times
all you want to do is relax and enjoy the paper
for a few minutes before you're back on your feet
doing whatever it is you do all day long
on the night shift
